Industrial zone ''Old Airport'' is located between the main road Kragujevac-Kraljevo-Cacak
- Total surface area of the zone is app. 336.2 ha. It is located within the building region and it is completely equipped with communal infrastructure. The existing investors are "Wagon Factory Concern", "Jasen", "Nelt", "Pekabeta", "Afiks", "Dunav Insurance". In the part of this industrial zone there is a large complex of refractory materials industry ''Magnohrom''. On this space there is also a sports airport with a licence for international charter flights.
Possibility of Brownfield investments
Industrial zone "Seovac"
- It is located at the very entrance into the city coming from Cacak, immediately beside the Ibar's main road (Ibarska magistrala). Total surface area of the zone is 153.30 ha. At the distance of about 8 km from the zone there is a military airport of Ladjevci, which is being converted into a mixed airport. During 2007, construction of required communal infrastructure was done with purpose of equipping and arrangement of this zone for the needs of entrepreneurs. The existing investors are: "Lukoil-Beopetrol", "Avia", "Rodić", "Virdžinija", "Laser", "Florela", "Autotransport", Slaughterhouses "Kursulić" and "Četrović", "Tempo", "Gir". General Urbanism Plan and Detail Urbanism Plan have been done for the location of this industrial zone. The land is 80% in privarte ownership and 20% in state ownership. The City of Kraljevo owns a 2 ha plot in this zone that can be offered to potential investor. The constructed communal infrastructure:
- Water supply network TPE DN 180 (Ø150),
- Sewage network Ø 300 connected to the city plant for waste water processing.
- Power network
- Traffic infrastructure
- Atmospheric sewage
- Secondary gas pipeline DN 250, with the measuring-regulatory station capacity of 1300 Nm³/h.
Besides the aforementioned industrial zones, the investment possibilities in Kraljevo are also characterized by two operational zones:
- Operation zone in Ratina, in the area north from the main road Kraljevo - Krusevac with service-warehouse and production plants and new traffic roads, representing at the same time infrastructure corridors. Within this area there are construction material storages: "Trgo Kraljevo", "Koloseum", "Belt", "Glođović", as well as smaller production plants "Maksenergo", "Tehnograd", "Master Tehnik", "Jugometal", and warehouse halls with exhibiting spaces "Denik", "Trgomen PV ", "CSM International", the "Sicoberi" slaughterhouse and a petrol-LPG station "Peroktan".
